Screening Process
Manuscripts submitted to PERMATA PUBLIC HEALTH JOURNAL undergo plagiarism screening using the iThenticate software. This process is performed at two stages: initial pre-review and post-review.
- Similarity index allowed: 25-30% (excluding bibliographic citations).
- Similarity from a single source should not exceed 2%.
- Screening focus is not solely numerical, but also on plagiarism- and duplicate-free content.
- All manuscripts, regardless of their similarity score, are reviewed thoroughly by the editorial team.
Note: Plagiarism screening is an essential step to ensure the integrity, originality, and quality of all published articles in the Permata Public Health Journal.
